How to record .ASX stream ?
 

Okay, my mate Styves @ SimplyAdultDesign.com is gonna have an audition at Star Académie today (it's like Canadian Idol) and they stream it live in .ASX, and I'd like to record it .. who know a program that can do it ?

asx is a playlist file extention, once you click the link a stream will start you can add to library. lmk if that works ;)

asfrecorder is supposed to be able to do it.

Yeah it's working, but I want to record it, not only stream it :)

Ho shit, I've tried over 5 paid program, and none of them worked, then I found a little FREE application, and it's working like a charm !

I just clicked on one of my asx files and added currently playing item to library and it saved the wmv file that the asx points to. I am not sure how it works for live streaming broadcast that is why I asked :thumbsup
