Adult Friend Finder (IFRAME has popups)
 

Hello everyone,

I don't post here much, and I must admit, I don't even read through the board lately at all, so please forgive me if this topic was already discussed here.

I just wanted to let everyone know, that if you are using Adult Friend Finder's IFRAME (has neat geo targeting in it), you are showing popups to your surfers, becasue that iframe will pop up a window here and there (not always, I think once per IP in 24 hour period).

I saw this IFRAME on rather large sites, and it quiete pissed me off to get these popups...so anyway...again, if everyone knows about this, then I am sorry I bothered, if not...well now you know.

P.S: I have nothing agains AFF, I love them actually, lots of money made with them, but this popup is shit!

are you sure your computer is not infected with some viruses?

No, I am pretty positive. I am in Europe,..so maybe it pops up only for europeans?

Have you checked your puter with Spyware scanners?

i am in europe myself and i daily visit sites with aff iframe. i guess as 99.99% webmasters use it, would be easy to spot.... i guess...

You are propably infected by a spyware.

OH nevermind everyone. I appologize, I am infected with spyware :( It poped up different URL this time, I am getting sexsearch.com as a popup :( before it was AFF popup...so my APPOLOGIES sorry for raising false alarms.

Where in Europe? Some sites like to give redirects/popups/dialer installs to surfers from certain countries.
