Thanks for the input, it was a test shoot. She did her own makeup, we usually use a makeup artist and I agree about the hair, needs work.

Tons, amateur girls. Not all of them are extremely hot. Believe me. I have seen some of the successful girls that have solo sites with very little or no makeup and they are not very hot at all. I dont have time to search for particular sites right now. Also, she may be kind of average, but she has great eyes, a GREAT attitude ( and for a site that is a major key) and a great personality.

What you would consider successful others may or may not.
If I paid this girl for 2-3 days of shooting and it cost me say for example $600 and I launched a site. I would be happy making $1,000 back in the first two months and having residual income from it. I am not greedy.
But if I had a girl like Kari I would expect a lot more.
