NDA?

Is having someone sign a NDA enough protection when divulging biz info?

I want to know from some people who have run into this type of scenario.

Thanks

As long as it's a well written one by a smart lawyer... and as long as you have the cash to sue if the person breaks it.

The piece of paper is only worth as much as you are willing to fight for it...

Did that make sense..??

Truth,

Thanks. I follow you. Just as a side note, was it or is it possible to patent or copywrite an adult program. Ie TGP.

It certainly can't hurt to have a good one. If you need one ICQ me, I have 2 that you can choose from with only making slight modifications.

Well, you're not gonna get a patent on something that is widely used by everyone, i.e TGP.... patents are for something unique that YOU have invented. Sort of like Al Gore's patent on his little invention, "The Internet".

Copyright is inherent to any of your original works, be that copy, photos, artwork, sculptures, blah blah blah.... so it's copyright from the moment you create it. There's no forms to submit to the Feds for that.
