Gif File size...
 

I got a 127kb animated gif..
I need to shrink this down to 80kb..
can't seem to do it w/ PS6...
Any suggestions?

cut out your repeating STATIC backgrounds ...

that will bring file size down to about ¼ of the original size depending on how many frames you are using ... also delete a few frames if you can...

There are several ways to go about it.

Jesus christ, that gif cruncher crushed a tgp recip button of 38k down to 5.4k....and the shit looks identical to the original, un-fuckin' believable...

I tried that..it don't work on animated gifs.

I use GIF Animator from ulead.com

worked for me with an animated gif...

When I click the crunch button, It brings me to another page with no image there..It didnt work for me at all..

Do what Hungry told you up there. Also might wanna get rid of any intricate blends, gradients, or shadowing... those will bloat a file enormously.
