It also seems that the lifespan of a male pornstar far exceeds that of female pornstars. Guys like Peter North seem to have been doing porn for 20 years or more now. Does he make bank and what do guys like him do after they 'retire'?

I read an article about him a few years ago. I'm not sure how accurate it was but I was surprised at what I was reading. It basically made Ron out to be a guy on a road to nowhere. They actually used the world 'pathetic' to describe him and said that he had very little money and that his career was careening to an end as he's found it more difficult to get younger popular models to have sex with him.

Even in porn it seems that their is a demand for the male models to be in shape.

But I see him on infomercials and all kinds of side projects which could be paying well.

I have his DVD here "Ron Jeremy - Legend Of A Pornstar". Of course, this is a biased view of Ron but it's beyond doubt that he's a very smart guy. His addressbook is the about twice the size of the bible. He's done so many things on the side, like play small parts in mainstream movies, made a rap single, does commercials etc.

I'm sure his savings account is really large. The guy spends nothing. Have you seen his car? The average rental looks better. He's going to retire like a king.
