Best thumbnailer to make 3 thumbnails of 3 sizes from one image?

Which program can make 3 thumbnails of sizes 90x90 3 kb, 90x120 4 kb, and 120x120 5 kb, automatically cropping and resizing from one image? I want some program that can automatically do this without too much configuration every time, as the submission is being handled by a computer newbie..

YARGH! Photoshop. Actions can be very powerful.

Yeah PS actions can do the job quickly!

In Photoshop 7 I am unable to get the thumbnails to save at 3Kbs 4KBs and 5KBs, the lowest setting keeps them above 10KBs in size. How do I get the thumbnails to the required size?

*bump* for output file size

YARGH! File > Save for web (pulldown for gif or jpg)
Adjust to required size, and save.

Just remember that the filesize that adobe imageready shows you is not the exact file size it will have on the harddrive once saved. So always choose one notch lower compression than it shows you to keep the filesize criteria.

Image Ready? I use photoshop, not image ready, and the optimized tab shows the exact size. Pretty sure anyway.

I'll have to check that... I've been using image ready.. might have been a waste of time if you're right :)

Yeah but Arles is not good for cropping a specific part of the image :)
