Not a fucking noob.
I do however respect lensmans rules and I personally interprete them in a way where I am not going to directly link to another site that in any way could conflict with his desires, I find that disrespectful and rude.
AVN's news site is easily enough found by nearly anyone who is not as you put it a "noob". Though chanes are most of my non link pissing responders do not even grasp the basic concepts of the current or proposed regulations.

Nothing new there....the FSC will file suit once the new regs are published.

We knew this months ago

Doesn't seem too bright to be saying this publically before the law comes out. Wait until comes out and then take action; Don't tell everyone what your gonna do when it comes out. No sense giving them to prepare for it.

"One glaring example of how the new regulations will be more severe than the existing ones, she said, is that secondary producers will have to meet the same record keeping obligations as primary producers. ?So if I produce a movie, and I?ve met all the 2257?s, and I sell it to someone who distributes it, every 2257 obligation that I have is transferred to them,? she said. ?And that?s ridiculous.?"

Of all the things that these new regs propose and THIS is what she considered to be the best example to discuss?

The regulations propose far more difficult and "ridiculous" things than that.

The problem with the existing law is it allows a guy shooting 17 year olds to say "I'm the Custodian of Records and you do not need to see the documents"

And it allows lazy people to say "OK".

The law needs tightening up and should be looked on as our protection against people who are less business like than required.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THE GIRL YOU ARE PUBLISHING IS NOT THE NEXT TRACI LORDS UNLESS YOU HAVE HER IDs AND MODEL RELEASE?

Sorry I forgot the answer, Ivan in Moscow said she was over 18. :1orglaugh

Ah...But thank God that Ivan has sent me copies her ID's. It's a good thing that these are impossible for him to alter.
