Does anyone else here get fucking headaches after being on the computer all day?

After a year of being on the comp in the adult business 24/7 they went away...

I now know that, to stop those head aches, you must customize your work enviroment.

The proper chair, desk, monitor, etc.

Your refresh rate on your monitor might be fucked up, and give you head ache, so you may wana check that out..

only in 1024x768, 800x600 feels good

1024x768, 75 Hz, & Bacardi. No headaches.

85MHz - minimum!
100Hz+ - optimum - no headaches
The quality of the screen display must be good as well so that You dont have to focus Your eyes all the time to see the pussies :-))
