I hightly doubt it stays in contact with your feet long enough to do any of that.

i have one of those shower heads that are hand held, so if you have to, why not do it BEFORE you get out of the shower, that way you get to wash it off. No point getting out mid-shower and soaking the bathroom floor & toilet. If I'm at someone else's house or in a hotel, I'll go BEFORE I get in the shower, but at home, once in a while, why not ;) lol I have no shame!

No that is the whole thing. It doesnt stay on the feet long enough to do damage but is there long enough to get rid of the nasties!
