You could also report the e-mail address to hotmail, although be wary some people use CP spam as a way of getting back at people they dont like.

What do you mean by that?

And I can't report the guy to Asacp.org because the guy doesn't have a site (the way he could be reached is by e-mail)

Report it here:

While what you have is only an email, no website address.... copy/paste the email text into the box provided (which should contain the email address), and the ASACP reviewer will look at it.

Since it's only an email address, it can be sent to the FBI and they can try to do their own "sting" operation.
