was talking to a salesperson and found out there is no control panel.. i found that pretty odd, but do you guys get by without one? I mean, I can run my sites without one but it sure adds some convenience in adding email accounts, checking logs, etc..

they do everything for you I imagine via a ticket system

I see, thats what I heard.. I guess its not that much of a drawback as I thought it would be

they had great support when I was using them. Including kickass ICQ support.
