2checkout.com - any good?
 

Does anyone here use 2checkout.com? Good? Bad?

Been using them for a mainstream site for about three years. No problems, always pay on time, no complaints.

I've used them in the past.

Easy to setup and use....
but NO ADULT

They were pretty much on top of that.

I lnow someone who was using them to sell his dvd's
They stopped him from using them for that.

Other than the non-adult part they were OK for me.....

Is it a pain dealing with chargebacks and customer complaints?

we fucking hated them, their support was shit and treated us terribly cause we were in the adult market

I guess they're ok w/ non-adult but not with adult.

So far i havnt encountered any problems using 2Checkout. :)

They suck!!!

If you are selling products, use Netbilling. They are amazing.

They suck big time... call you first being afraid of chargebacks or who knows why and cannot take the epass virtual visa either.

Had a bad experience with them, I emailed them and asked if its ok for me to sell e-book guides, i sent them a URL of my site and everything and they OK'd it for processing. Then 2 months later they froze my account and kept over $3000US saying that I violated their TOS, whenever I tried asking what part of the TOS I violated they just stopped correspondence... haven't seen the money since :(

they dont accept epassporte virtual card or electron card

they pay on time but their support is dead.
