WTF is a Chinnook doing over my house
 

Usually Bush sends a blackhawk every few weeks but this was the first chinnook. It 's maybe at most 500 feet in the air. Maybe lower than that. I'd say it looked 1 1/2 times wider than a full moon just to give you an idea.

Which air base is near you?

NONE I live in the middle of nowhere. If I lived near a base I wouldn't be shocked. Even if I did sicne when are Blackhawks allowed to fly so low I could hit them with a sling shot?
