Anyone do thumbnail touching up?

Does anyone out there offer thumbnail touching up services? I have a ton of 90x120 thumbnails i want touching up in photoshop for some TGP's, to get a more glossy bright look.

Anyone?

can't you just make an action set in photoshop and run them through that?? (Enhance brightness and contrast, add a touch of sharpness etc)....
