What are the most common credentials needed to work in adult?
 

Not as content, haha, but within a company. Do all the big names in this industry require college degrees and things that a company in mainstream or offline would likely require?

Inexperience.
Lack of organizational skills.
bad eating and grooming habits.
don't pay your designers on time or at all.
