It would be smart of them to. Just learning from the lessons of the past Net bubble.

I used to work for a venture capital/incubation firm where the top partners made $70M in stock deal with C|Net. They could have cashed in when C|net was really high but they opted to wait for it to explode... it never did. Company folded. :(
