Epass to Paypal Services
 

Is there a service out there that will broker epass to paypal or vice versa? I wondered if this type of service would be legal. Anyone looked into this?

I think that the issues would out weigh the worth.

I have thought about doing this but there would be to much fraud. I do it now for personal friends and charge them a nice fee. hehe
