I need a site built with all the bells and whistles
 

A production company asked me that they want to start a paysite. They got tons of content and want low maintanence. (More then a years worth of updates)
They dont want to hire a webmaster to maintain it on a daily bases.
They want a CMS that will update on its own daily weekly or monthly
Handle video clips and images
PHP driven
Web based updating
Extremely simple to use and update
SEO
Built in affiliate system would be nice but not necessary right now.

In other words they want to get it designed, bulit and launched and not to have to touch it again for a year if necessary.
