Video Editors,i need fast help. It must be easy
I am using Pinnacle Studio 9 to capture movies from my MicroMv sony camera. but sometimes this pinnacle studio capturing 15 secons, sometimes 1 minutes sometimes 2 minutes. In the program, i see that the capturing still continue but it does not save from a second it decides itself.
while i was recording the movies to my micromv cassette i usually had shot 3 mins and stopped the recording, then started again when i want and shot another 40 secs clip. do u think this is why the program stops capturing automaticly ? and how to make it finish the capture totally is there any ways or any other program can do it ? |
i dont understand what your asking. contact me on ICQ and i'll help you out :thumbsup

It could be recording by scene. Look for an option to record the entire tape or record manually. Or just use Windows Media Encoder and import the DV into an AV file.

lord junior possibly my english is not good enough to explain it in correct words sorry :)
but the program recording by scene as it seems, as newbreed told. you know that, when u are recording a video, usually you dont press "rec" button and shoot the clip until the cassette ends. you give breaks. and this is my problem. when i try to capture, the program automaticly stops capturing (in fact it does not stop, you see it it is still capturing but no, if you check the folder you save your captured files, you see your avi is there already waiting) i want it to be captured without breaks, nonstop recording :) |

look in the "Capture Source" inside the SETTINGS. look under " scene detection during video capture". that should do it. |
