Is Gmail Fucked Up?

I can not access my mail. Gmail Notifier can't even connect to the server.
I can't be the only one... am I?

GMail for everyone (sorta)

My start page (Google) said I was chosen at random to join the GMail program.

Seems Google is starting to roll out Gmail for all??

What's the real advantage to using it??
