1 is the murder charge and 2 and 3 are the 2 counts of solicitation. Several of the people at CourtTV said they thought count 2 was the strongest...

He did not almost fall down, he was getting ready to go down on his lawyer.

The evidence didn't prove he murdered her. They couldn't prove either of the 2 guys they said he hired to do it. No guilty verdict.
