Scott Peterson Sentencing

A judge has sentenced Scott Peterson to death for the slayings of his wife and her fetus. Thank god.

pornguy 03-16-2005 11:15 AM

That entire trial was a fucking joke.

DaddysGirl 03-16-2005 11:15 AM

Crazy how out of nowhere this dude turns into a murderer.....scary...I would love to know the real story and how she died...

TurboAngel 03-16-2005 11:17 AM

I don't think we'll ever know for sure.

CE_BigB 03-16-2005 11:19 AM

Big B

mahoney 03-16-2005 11:23 AM

I thought they already sentenced him to death but now there is talk of a new trial because of currupt jury members. hmmmmmm what's really going on?

PurrrsianPussyKat 03-16-2005 11:29 AM

Kind of scary that a guy can be convicted of a crime and sentenced to death based solely on circumstantial evidence. He was tried and found guilty by the media long before he stepped into a court room.
I'm sure this guy probably did what they accuse him of.. but it sure makes you think when they have no real evidence.

Well deserved..fry the mother fucker

princess 03-16-2005 11:33 AM

sure makes you wonder if anyone gets a totally fair trial. I think the media henders that before the cases ever start.

I'll admit I haven't followed it too closely. But if he did it he sure deserves to be put to death.

ytcracker 03-16-2005 11:33 AM

oh well peace

Rochard 03-16-2005 11:35 AM

I no longer beleive in the death penality. When someone kills someone else they don't stop and say to themselves "man, the state might kill me back".

No, put them in prision for the rest of their life. Killing them isn't a punishment. Let them rot for the next sixty years.

And damn it, no tv for them either. No tv, no books. Sit in a cell in their underpants alone all day with nothing to do.

Babagirls 03-16-2005 11:37 AM

i'd be more happy if he actually told the public what REALLY happened. im not 100% sure he did it.

emmanuelle 03-16-2005 11:38 AM

Dangerous precident to find him guilty on the fetus...

yeah but that'd use up money that could be better spent else where. Unless all you're giving them is watery soup and 5 day old bread.

But that would be horrible to be stuck there all day. I'd go insane.

you people make it sound like they had no evidence whatsoever, they had overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence. Let's not mention the defense theory of a transient doing it or a cult :1orglaugh . Or the circumstantial evidence with the boat. Cmon now people your being silly. When was the last transient you saw had anymore than a shopping cart? :1orglaugh

I've been saying this for years.

Same rules as Alcatraz.

I'm a bit of a sadist though. I say let them out one day a year for 15 minutes of fresh air.

stev0 03-16-2005 11:54 AM

They fined him $10000 for funeral expenses too...

That is exactly how I feel and pretty much my words when watching the verdict.

HpicAnn 03-16-2005 12:29 PM

I think the jurors made the right veredict !!

Death Penalty.

The main reason was because of his lack of emotion during the whole trial. I think.
