Morning... DESIGNERS I have PS question...
When making a small watermark to overlay on photos in PS, what is the best format and settings to use? For exmaple I am making blabla.com in text n shit... now how would i save this and such so whne i overlay it its seemeless?

I have mine as a PSD file.. be sure that when you are making the watermark your background is transparent. Then just drag and drop / move your new watermark onto your pics and (save for web) as .jpg or .gif.. depending on the size.

what spoff said

do what others have said, but also, it's very important to add a nice stroke so no matter what the image is that the logo goes on it will be easily legible.
for example, if you have a white logo, use a nice black stroke. then no matter what it will be visible. i see a lot of crappy watermarks on this board. maybe i should start up a service :winkwink: |
You can create an entire action to do this for you and batch entire directries with photoshop.
Ya can hit me up on ICQ I tell ya how mang. |
the best is a light text with dark outline or vice versa.... that way it will be visible from both dark and light backgrounds... try opacity settings from 15% to 60%

What was already said I'm sure.... keep it as a psd file and make sure you create it with a transparent background :thumbsup
