Well, it would be nice if someone from epassporte posted in this thread and at least reassured people. They should at the very least have a notice when you sign into epassporte.
I had to hear about it from a client who went to pay and didn't see money in their account and found this thread and asked if mine was 0.00 too. Obviously mine was. I hope they get this problem fixed in a timely manner.
