In Philly, violence has no color. Everyone is friggin out of their minds down there. Philly has some of the roughest white people... and black people, in the world. Rocky was set in Philly for a reason.

The parts of Philly that this is going on at is just a tiny piece of the city. Its still hard as nails here and definately only the strong survive to move the fuck out into the burbs where its chill

that's horrible. on a side note, there are more suicides in the us than homicides. suicides occur every 17 seconds whereas homicides occur every 30 seconds.
