Submitting Galleries to a tgp for a tgp
 

Ive been thinking.

Build a gallery with content. But dont link to paysite, link to a tgp.
Would it work?

I can probably get 65k a day to a gallery.
At a small 5% clickthrough, thats an extra 3.5k to a tgp

That is an interesting idea, But I think that most of the tgp's woudl ban you.

If the TGPs look at it, they won't list you. If it's an automated review process you might get some listings.

Best to just submit regular galleries for your sponsors and include a recip to your own TGP on the gallery too :)

Just make sure that YOUR TGP recip link stands out from the rest of them ;)

don't think the other sites would list you that often.

i actually did that when i first started in this biz, I had started shooting content for my paysite, but the site wasn't ready yet so I used the content and linked the galleries to my link list lol I found a few webmasters that excepted those galleries, i think mostly because of the exclusive content I had in there, so I submitted them as often as possible, really helped me build up some good traffic and bookmarks...

A lot of TGPs are automated and they count links that point out of the gallery. I find most limit you to 4-6 links out of the gallery. 3 to the sponsor of the content and 1 back to your TGP keeps it within the limit.

LOL. Yeah it is a good idea to stay away from the big boys doing this. :winkwink:

Now, however, if you have a link that says "Next Gallery" on it and it takes them to another gallery with similar content and then on the second gallery you have links to your TGP you should be able to do it as long as you are hosting these galleries. :winkwink:

Why do that at all??? Why not do this..

I've been hand submitting 50 galleries a day for months and auto submit 150 more and I dont make $100 a day. I average $35 a day
Where do you guys get these numbers from?

I know a dude thats getting 300K to his galls daily. He worked for a year to get all his partners accounts. So yeah he is making like $200+/day. 50 galls? Thats insane. I would spend more effort traying to collect partner accounts.

$35 a day? damn that sucks for all the work you are putting in. what kind of content are you using? How are other submitters in your niche marketing the same sites that you are trying to sell? Are too many selling the same site, is it over exposed? What turns you on about the sites that you are selling and are you using that knowledge to your advantage?

I'm far from an being an expert submitter and gallery designer, but what I do submit gets great results for me for several reasons, first I know my niche inside and out, I sleep eat and drink my niche, I love my niche, I am my niche. Second I use exclusive content. Third I only submit for my paysites, my sites aren't over exposed.
Opening a paysite isn't an option for everyone, so if you can't go that route just research and learn. What you are doing now isn't working so it's time for you to try something new. :2 cents:

well im at about 60k pageviews a day right now so I guess that's about right

50 galleries a day? I hope you meant you handsubmit to 50 TGPs a day :)

I do only 1 gallery per day when I have time for it (did ~100 in the last 12 months) and I get $85 per gallery without any payed partner accounts or gallery spots.
So I think you should focus more on quality instead of quantity :thumbsup

I dont know how anyone could do 5 different galleries a day, since most tgps only allow 1 or 2 submissions a day, and you'd have to buy 5 sets of content everyday.
even if it were cheap content that cost you $20 a set, thats 5 sets and $100 a day. there go your profits.

I must be an idiot because I dont know all these little tricks or secrets that everyone else seems to do to put lots of money in their pocket while im puttering along in the slow lane.

I do a minimum of 5 submissions per day.
I don't buy much content at all.
$100 would just cover my bandwidth.

Here's an important "little trick or secret" for you: In this business, like almost every other one, it's more who you know than what you know. You're right when you say most sites won't take 5 submissions per day, except in many cases that's just for joe public. When you begin to build up a reputation for not being a cheater, you will get more and more listings.

It's much tougher today than it was a few years ago to get started. There's lots of competition and sites can only list so many new galleries per day. Plug away at it and don't be afraid to try new things. Above all else, try to network. I spend sometimes up to half my day on ICQ just chatting with people I've met in this business. :2 cents:

I'd rather say that you just didn't have enough time to gain enough experience about gallery submitting.

Today it takes longer to get started with galleries, you'd have to build your own Database of TGPs that list you and Partner Accounts,or buy one from my Sig :), and you'd have to work your way up and build a good reputation, and that takes some time.
But on the other hand you have much better tools these days, and since more and more Sites switch to partner accounts you have a better chance to get listed there more often if you're a honest submitter, cause you don't have to compete with thousands of cheaters anymore.
So if you're doing it right these days I'd even say that you can make more money by submitting galleries than 2-3 years ago, even without payed spots.

I would never submit galleries to promote another TGP. Its not worth it. You can buy much more traffic than 3.5k a day for the cash you get if you send that traffic to a sponsor.

YARGH! for tgp's that require recips, just make one on each gallery a recip to your own tgp.

i thought 1-2% is small

Ive tried that.
Recips only get so much clicks. This seems interesting though. Because its another gallery that i submit and its not that much more effort but its a few more k to a tgp i own
