Everybody Had To Upgrade ICQ Lite Today?

my trillian pro's icq went to shit today, but miranda-im.org and the crappy ass regular ICQ worked fine :/ I want my old shit backkkkkkkk

Yeah, Trillian took a crap on me for the icq side... but I got the update and all was good.

I'm using trillian and still have no complaints.

uhhh idiot...they wouldnt let you log on unless you upgraded.

I haven't upgraded either.

I use build 1302 from 2003 I believe, never crashes, no upgrades, works like a charm minus all those stupid ass icons and shit

First of all, I was just pointing out something that I thought was helpful.

Secondly, no one said anywhere in this thread(before I posted) that they couldn't log on unless they up-graded, just that they were "forced" to up-grade.

Thirdly, I have one of those older versions myself. I have never had any problems with logging in or being "forced" to up-grade to anything else. If ICQ is re-installed using one of those older versions, I'd think there'd be no problem with getting back onto your ICQ list without having to use ICQ Lite.

I know I, for one, HATE ICQ Lite... I wouldn't want to use it either, so, I thought if I could help other people too, I would.

You should really think twice before calling somebody an idiot.

Hell, I am still using ICQ 2000b and it is working fine for me.

I'm using 2002...If it's working great why fuck it up :thumbsup

Old versions dont have that forced upgrade feature build in, idiot!
