best wireless router?
 

Need to buy a new router but was wondering if there were any new ones that don't easily drop the signal or have slow transfer speeds? I heard belkin has something new called pre-n, has anybody used that?

I am quite happy with the linksys that we just purchased.

Belkin pre n router. Has the best range out of any on the market. I can take a laptop out to the pool and be surfing with speed.

Do a search on the board for it. Boneprone did a good review of it :thumbsup

I have a Linksys as well..... No problems

I like LinkSys. We have 2 of their wireless G series.

linksys g router here as well. works great, had it for a few years now

ive alwways like linksys... dunno if its any better than the rest

Linksys WRT54G is great, can flash it with some great firmware that allows you to run vpn, ssh, and a range of other services right from the wrt. Decently priced too.
