I need an adult merchant account for our recently launched adult dating site.

Facts:
No processing history
No company or citizen in the USA

Preferred:
An offshore company solution (ready made off-the-shelf is even better)
Low rates but very solid

Estimated volume calculated on real test traffic:

First month $10k-20k
Second month $20k-50k
>Six months $100k+

Adult merchant accounts hard to come by, especially direct merchant accounts. They are a shed load of comps who offer "merchant accounts" but they still take the coin first
We tried for over a year to secure a direct merchant - and each road led no where - and that is on volume. Now with us being based back in the EU its even harder - not even the likes of netbilling could help

I hate to be glib but when you say 'offshore' and 'low rates' together its almost an oxymoron lol
The truth is that offshore merchant accounts are rather expensive, many have upfront fees and their rates are higher than US, and EU merchant accounts.

I do have a few offshore and EU relationships with merchant banks and I'll be happy to look into it if you like .. just hit me via email

Unfortunately with no history and no real proof of volume, you're going to have a very difficult time getting past the compliance and due diligence of any reputable bank, especially an offshore one.

Frankly, I'd look to start with CCBill EU if you want to do something non-US, and build up a few months history, then work on getting an account of your own.
