Music in pornmovies
 

I've seen some movies from "single girl sites" where there's music in the back, britney spears for example.

Can the sites get sued for playing music in the background in pornmovies they are making money on ?

And do you guys shooting content think about this ?
I don't think on the "pro" content producers, but more the "amateur" ones.

I think you should use some home made music, rather than using popular music from well known artists.

Yes they can. So can the pro people and so can those that use such music in advertisments and the like without paying the proper license/royalty fee's.

royalty free music is the way to go!

I also had some luck posting on some band message boards like "backpage". You'd be surprised at the bands that want to donate music and sign releases. Hope this helps.....

yeah you can get sued .. the number one rule for editing is make sure you use stuff that isn't copyrighted unless you have have the artist permission.. and with porn music unless its hardcore ganster rap .. it hard to get a artist to agree to put their music on porn site
