my theory is, that some huge ugly girl started the niche, and in a desperate attempt to make herself feel better she added the beautiful in there...

It's really quite simple. Just as there are slim girls that people think are beautiful, and slim girls that people think are ugly, there are fat girls that people think are beautiful, and fat girls that people think are ugly. I mean, there are some women that you can look at and you can see in their face that they are beautiful, regardless of their weight. Doesn't flick my switch, but that's basically all it is. Big women who are beautiful. It's really quite simple.

i don't think so...cause every big girl is lumped into that category...and honestly, most are butt ugly...

and why isn't there a slim beautiful teen category on tgps? SBT for short?

I think ignorant webmasters lump them all into that category, and i'm sure the ugly ones love to put themselves in that category, but that doesn't make it so. If you check out the websites that are actually doing well in the BBW niche, they are actually pretty girls. You do get people that want the really horrid looking fat women too, but most people don't seem to know the difference and that's where the problem is.

Take Mandy Blake. GFY's very own BBW. I'm not into large women, so she doesn't do it for me.. but just looking at her, you can see in her face that she is pretty.
