Anyone want to cycle across canada?
 

Hi,
wondering if there are any cyclists here on GFY?
I'm going to cycle across canada this summer starting
near the end of May and wondering if anyone wants
to attempt this with me?
My goal is to average about 150 KM per day. I'll be
staying in motels, not camping and I'll have my
tiny IBM X40 laptop with me so I can dial up and
check my statsremote at night :-)
I'll be starting in vancouver and ending in St-Johns newfoundland.
I expect the trip to take approx 2 or 2.5 months.

Sounds like fun. But Canada is a bit too far away from Denmark. I've thought about cycling down through europe, but I don't think I'll ever get around to doing it.

Wish I could go... my whole schedule revolves around my spins and I am Jealous.

I have managed to get almost 20hrs a week in the saddle this winter, thanks to Sugoi Subzero gear and mild temps.

Why not come down and ride Ragbrai next year?
Come early and we can spin up to Coralville and rip on Jason McCartney.
He is on Lances' Team Discovery this year.
