I don't remember how much he charges for banner links, but you got to figure the guy's making at least $10k/day = $300,000 per month.
But his traffic is soo stable and there's just so much of it, standard 3-4 month revenue crap doesn't apply.

I'm sure he wouldn't take less than 2 years revenue = $300kx24 = $7,200,000 (probably significantly more than that, I'm sure my numbers are low).

Banners are cheaper than you think, around $1100 for one. So 44k per month -> around $1500 per day
TOTAL = $6100 -> $180k per month -> $2M+ per year
