Two quick simple SEO questions.
 

When linking to a document on your site does it matter if it opens in a new window or not?

When creating new documents to link to, should you create a new folder for each document and make it an index page or would it make no difference to just throw all of the different documents in the same folder like /docs ?

I think it does not matter if you're talking about .doc's but then again I'm not entirely sure... at least here's a bump for ya :thumbsup
