2/3 of the way home from Ft Lauderdale

Damn its a long drive from South Florida to Canada

We are in Maryland for the day. and later on this evening we will finish up the last 8 hours of the drive.

I am not looking forward to the snow though.

Since I cant tell you about it while I am on the road

Make sure you check out www.CashTitans.com it will do wonders with your traffic.

Miss Phoenix? It's been motorcycle riding weather every day for the past week.

Snow? Sounds like a personal problem.

Tala 03-14-2005 07:42 AM

Boy, what a mindfuck to go from Ft. Lauderdale to Toronto. Yeesh.

NickPapageorgio 03-14-2005 07:44 AM

lol...not only is it long...but if you took I-95 I know you are sick of looking at freaking trees. Jesus that's a boring drive...

You finally hit South Of The Border in SC and even that cheesy place is a relief... :1orglaugh

I'd have to agree with Richard in regards to the Arizona weather, it's been beautiful! Sunny, warm ... 75-80's this last week. : )

I took my bike out for 5 minutes yesterday and froze my balls off.

GTS Mark 03-14-2005 08:31 AM

Yeah the drive back from Ft Lauderdale is a killer! Georgia and Ohio always seem to drag on and on...

I have done the drive like 4-5x already for spring break, never again.

3 hour flight and only costs $350 or so. I'm taking the flight anyday :)

I did the drive a month ago, it's fun going down there. Seeing the temperature increase, but coming home it's quite depressing. It's also funny to see all the rednecks in different states, south carolina, west virginia, etc..

How is it back up there in cold foreboding Canada?

Phoenix 03-14-2005 10:27 AM

pornguy 03-14-2005 11:07 PM

man, they invented airplanes for a reason. Unless you're moving your entire household or need to take your car from point A to point B, planes (or at least trains) are a grrrrrrrrreat option!

Hopefully you have spent her in more places than Maryland. Although I have heard that marriage slows down your sex life. ;)

pornguy 03-14-2005 11:18 PM

And the state that takes the longest to cross is TEXAS! it goes on and on for ever.

LOL you mean this place

http://www.smashbucks.com/boards/sotb.jpg

We stopped and took photos I was so board LOL

That place has the best advertising though. 180 miles before you get there you start seeing signs so even if you don't want or need to stop you feel obligated cuz their signs are just cheezy enough that they keep you laughing and entertained while you drive past all the trees!

Agreed. I flew back home once while we have been down here and it was way easy.

BUT the cool thing about driving is when you find yourself driving through Daytona Beach during bike week and you want to stop to check it out you totally can!

It is long but we have stopped a lot and done some cool things..I would post pics but neither of us are content hehehe

canplayer 03-15-2005 01:06 AM

what's the state that has a fireworks place every 2 miles , it's crazy, those rednecks and their fireworks.

Princess Ellisa 03-15-2005 11:04 AM

LOL I think it is South Carolina

After you finally finish seeing South of The Boarder signs then they are replaced with Fireworks signs.
