Getting a lot of abusive and stupid emails from this guy Richard Zabel. He lives in Houston Texas. [email protected]


I think he has probably been on a few sites and after a few weeks charges back or threatens people with the FBI to get a refund.

if he made larger order then go and send it to him via fedex and ask for proof of delivery (they let him to sign the paper when he recieve that ) - then you can fight that CHB

i find emails like that funny. these people don't seem to realize that even though you are a merchant, you are also a customer so you know how the game is played on both ends whereas the idiot writing the email has no clue about the merchant side.

Thing is I've already cancelled his CC payment and he says it does not appear on his statement.
