Offspring - Selfesteem

This song brings back some very cool memories.. Like the parties we used to have back when we were young fucks not doing anything with life besides enjoying parties, booze and the girls.

I guess not much has changed really... :glugglug

Time sure does fly. I loved that tune.

Offspring was much better when they were making surf video sound tracks. I seen them years ago with Pennywise before anyone had really heard of them. They were much better back then.. :(

Nylz 03-14-2005 08:10 AM

you're sounding old now.. lol

I saw them both in the early 90's for the 1st time. Good shows. I then saw them a few years later and it was like no one cared anymore. How times change.

EroticySteve 03-14-2005 08:18 AM

Self Esteem was a great tune. I just had it playing up on Rhapsody the other day along with a bunch of other 90's tunes.

Green Day has come full circle. After a decade of crappy releases Green Day reinvented themselves.

If you want to see some cool bands you should check out the Girls Gone Wild Rocks America tour when it comes to your town.

Yep lol...I seen them together in like 91 or 92 at this little "drink and puke" type club and it was a great show. Then I seen offspring on MTV not to much later and was just like...er...uugh....

DaddysGirl 03-14-2005 08:21 AM

love that song....reminds me of college. :)

Offspring and Green Day are too pop.

Bad Religion got old quick and their songs just weren't what they used to be.

Pennywise was/is still Pennywise but they all start sounding the same.

Drake 03-14-2005 08:27 AM

That does bring back memories. They turned ultra pop years after :Oh crap

Same with Green Day's Dookie album. Great memories. Sadly I think they inspired all the pop boy punk bands we see now. But those groups pale in comparison. Green Day may not be 'real' punk but they make nice simple tunes.
