Has anyone been billed in February yet?
I was supposed to be billed on the 10th or so of February and was never billed, when I inquired about it I got a canned response saying that they were experiencing some billing problems and would bill me in 2-3 days, I emailed them 2 weeks later and got the same canned response, what the fuck? Its time for the march invoice now and the february one hasnt even been charged yet...

That usuaully means theyll be going out of business soon!

i know a few guys that host there i could ask them

I doubt it (in this case anyway), they are a very large company and only last week they added new hosting packages, etc...
Hope they aren't going out of business... last thing I need is to have to move my 200gb site over to a new server :Oh crap

They have some billing issues for March, they'll bill in a week or so.

Check their forum too, there is a thread going on about it.

Why not to sell the company ?They are they same owners of unitedcolo. It was sold 2 years ago.

I was billed correctly on 1st of February :2 cents: .No invoice for March though

I am on ZipServers and I was billed on February 28th.

assholes rented me out a server with a HD that crashed in 2 weeks cause it was so full of errors

they just got a new 50mbps and 100mbps servers

I've been billed for both.

Webair has some specials that kill Severmatrix. Why go unmanaged?
