Seems like Web Ring to me...

Not really, since a webring sends visitors to every of his members, and this project is to send hits to 1 TGP, make it grow with bookmarkers, and seperate the profits with the members (people sending traffic ot it)...

So kinda a reverse web ring?

I may be confused but I wonder how you will keep it fair. You said that a script will keep track of how many hits an individual site sends and pay him accordingly. BUT, what about the guy who sends very few hits and still has his galleries listed everyday..?? OR, are the profits from everyone's galleries going into the pool.?? If that's the case then everyone will have to sign up for sponsors again or all use the same few sponsors.

Like I said, I may be missing something that you might have explained.

At the beginning, members will cost galleries, even if they send a few hits daily, they will get accepted (if they follow the rules)...As soon as it gets more members (about 50 that sends good amount of traffic), I will hire galleries maker that will make the galelries, and the costs of it will will be deducted from the profits of the TGP...

OK - well the problem I see with that is there will be no incentive for any large TGP's to send a lot of traffic. I mean hell, I can get my galleries listed everywhere anyway and I have TGP's that have traffic so why would I join..??

I like the idea but it needs some tweaking. There has to be a reason for good webmasters to join. Right now all you will attract is relative newbies who see it as an oppurtunity to get a gallery listed everyday somewhere for very little in return. This kills the idea before it even gets started.
