Is there any reason why you shouldn't use Domains by proxy on your domains?
 

I never see people using it and I was wondering why.
is there a reason why small time webmasters dont use it to keep their home address and info away from surfers?

Because some tgp´s and linklist won´t list you if you hide your whois info.

Some may find it shady and not deal with you.

I use it on one domain, seems ok, no probs so far. Got one spam forwarded from the domain@proxy addy so far. I"m thinking of doing other domains with them, then I can promo them here. (I like to be anon here, so won't post my domains.)

Bingo! I've been burned once in the past by a scammer using domain by proxy and will never deal with anyone again that need to hide.

Domain by proxy is also pretty popular with the scammers on this board.

If you apply for partner accounts many rejects it if you hide your whois
