I'm looking for Geo-IP software that I can integrate with some software we are writing.

Preferrably something that can be entirely hosted inside our network.

Oh yeah, and it has to be particularly good at identifying European countries, that is more important than the particular city at this point.

maxmind is on my list already. Who else has some?
