I cen't get the chat window up, I could before.
Is it just me or is the chat help down for the last 5-6 days?

They are going through some changes, I hadn't tried the chat, but I think it's usually down on weekends anyway.
I did realize I didn't get my deposit Friday, (not due till Monday) but I have gotten use to it early.

Does the chat window pop up? I don't know if any of my security software are blocking the chat window to open, or is it shut down

You can't tell from that link bro, all that means is that there are no operaters at the time. That support is not 24-7. I wouldn't freak, they have their shit together.
