Personally I'm using a custom PHP script which converts long CCBill ref codes into something shorter like: yoursite.com/?id=XXXXXX - the affiliates like it.

They are long, and furthermore they can not be correctly processed by the most part of CJ scripts such as TTT, UltraCJ etc...
