i honestly dont know the length of time, allot would depend on the domain, if it was new or old.
also those are a few of the phases that i honestly say im not sure if i can even get pages top 20. i truthfully never tried to.

i think those terms are reserved for the "Big Dogs"

i take each site and treat it differently.... some sites requier different tweaking in areas other sites may not....
i never set time frames, although google is somewhat easy if your domain is a pr3 or higher.... google usually will spider your page everyday..... and list results 2 days later in searches...

yahoo, they updated whenever they wish...
