Whats the best way to boost link popularity with our own sites.

a) Linking all sites from some text keywords,put it to a table and paste it to the bottom of all sites, all pages.

b) use transparan , or 1*1 pixel gif name them something related with site and link from them. Also fill the alt tag and replace the images wherever you want.

Anyone who has spent time with SE's and discovered a few little tricks is well advised to keep them secret.

As for making yourself rank by link popularity well you can do what I did back in Feb 2001 and start a network of sites owned by people all prepared to play by the ever changing rules and directed from one central point. Its a process that can take upwards of 1 year to mature but the final rewards are well worth the effort.
The admin of this can take up lots of time when there are several hundred pages to update on a strictly controlled rotor, its best done using a custom script.

All I can say to making lots of blind cross linked pages is - good luck.

SE's often appear to list by fuzzy logic but there really is a method in their madness.
