As gfy members we dont have enough evidence to come to an informed decision..

But if you want an armchair opinion, i think this case wont finish , jackson will plea bargain.

I think the outcome will be anything other than him going to jail.

Unless you're privy to ALL the evidence being presented in the trial, how can anyone presume to decide with any certainty (or credibility) as to his guilt or innocence?

That said... all I will say is, if the evidence proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he touched one of those boys, he should be put away for a long time for it. No room for debate on it either.

What he said, but I don't think the kid's mom has much credibility. She may cause the prosecution the entire case.

according to the evidence, not guilty of molestation
guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor (not sure if there is actually a charge of that though)
