23.9 - and it's not a really good measure, as I guess you guys know. but it can be an indicator for people who don't exercise really much. for people with a lot of muscles, it's a bad indicator.

31 but BMI doesn't take into account body fat % which makes it completely useless. I'm 6'1 235 lbs. It says I am obese. My body fat is at 10-11% so calling me obese as the BMI calculator does is absolutely ridiculous.

According to my bmi scale today, i'm 186.8 lbs, with a 20.1% BMI. At my height 6', i'm a speck overweight. Bah! Time for salads or something.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. It calulated 22.2. I have even less body fat than you. If I was to gain more muscle mass, then that BMI would go up and insinuate I'm getting fatter. Pretty useless calculation in my opinion...at least by itself.
