Yes I have one and the fucking thing has not worked for three days, there is something wrong with there network! This happens every month, plus the customer service sucks ass! Don't waste your time honestly!

I have it and love it. Except for the email service being down the last 3 days...

Yeah! I am fed up with the wireless being down too. Sucks to be without it.
