CCBill is a processor who has a great reseller administration and if you're a program only using CCBill, then it's a fantastic route to take. Especially if CCBill is cutting your reseller payout checks and mailing them for you.
If you are using multiple processors, such as having a Paycom account in addition to CCBill, or taking advantage of things like limited trial memberships, then a separate software system is what you'll need to make the most of your options.
There are 3 different products out there that I can think off the top of my head. Each one designed a bit differently and each one going for a different market segment as I see it. The amount of cash up front that you want to invest in software is a significant differential between the three programs.
Each company also seems to have its share of satisfied clients, NATS is just a bit more geared to working with programs of any size, not just the guys doing a few hundred joins or more each day.
